ECOBoard Europe B.V. was born in 2008 out of a simple ideology, what was to provide the customers with a safe and environmental friendly alternative to the standard MDF and particboard. That alternative was achieved by using a proven system that is implemented in factories, in order to create ECOBoard panels. This is done in a very specific way in order to comply with the most stringent International (Environmental) Standards.

Panels or boards produced with this system however have been on the market since the early 90′s, but were not available in mainland Europe (apart from the U.K.) until now, something ECOBoard Europe B.V. tends to change, and implement over the whole world. Current examples are customers that include Wal-Mart, Staples, B&Q and many others.  Besides this another fun fact might be the use of ECOBoard panels that were used in the furniture during the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
